The Spirit of Giving

The Spirit of Giving

Here is a video I came across on Caroline's website, Constantly Evolving http://whimsywispers.blogspot.com/ . I thought it just fit the Christmas season quite well.

Note - Please pause the Mixpod music on the sidebar before viewing this Video:

I don't think I am capable of being that good, but I hope during this holiday season my family feels I have tried my best to utilize the tools I have been given. It would be very nice to know that on a very small scale I made a difference in their lives.

  3. FanaticoUm: Thank you and Merry Christmas!

KBF: I really don't know, but it was a while ago, so I imagine he does. In any event, it is nice to know some people out there still genuinely care about others.

  4. Great video, but I especially loved the picture of the dog holding the newspaper. It reminded me of a clever dog I once had. I taught her to go out and get the paper at the end of the long driveway every morning. Then one morning I opened the door and found her sitting on the porch with a stack of papers she had gathered from my neighbors' driveways!

  5. Galen Pearl: Great story! It reminds me of another story, but it's too lengthy to relate here. Perhaps I'll post it after the New Year. Thanks, and enjoy the holidays!

  10. Generous post JJ.
And I'm convinced that it is the food "we" eat that make us either benovelent or turn a head to human suffering. This amazing man is balanced enough in his own life to be able to help others.

I have another blog on "natural healing" that I just let people find when they are ready. In fact last week I had a Mother staying with me, learning how to cook and juice for the Gerson Therapy. She will naturally cure her daughter of Lupus. I try to do what I can but it is such a tiny tiny tiny drop in the ocean . The video is an inspiration and encourages. Thank you to you and your wife for posting it.

Life is soooo wonderful when we know our purpose, isn't it?
And thanks for all the Christmas tunes ..... reminds me to get out my chestnuts for roasting. :)
