One of My Absolute Favorites!

One of My Absolute Favorites!

Those of you who know me are aware that while I do not always make everyone like me, I never say what I do not mean.

Miriam Barton's site, Meatless Meals For Meat Eaters is fantastic! I have prepared and eaten so many of her suggested recipes over the past year and have loved every one of them. My wife and I now have what we call "Meals with Miriam" on Sunday afternoons.

If you love to eat and love to eat healthy, check out her blog.

  1. Dear JJ,
Thanks for the suggestion. You know, here in Portugal he have the reputation of eating well, the so called mediteranian diet. But I am not so sure it is that "healthy".

  2. FanaticoUm: Yes, I know. I enjoy Portuguese food very much. There is a Portuguese restaurant near my house that serves fish dishes that are beyond belief. A few years ago, I became a vegetarian. Since I found Miriam's website, I discovered a way to vary my meals daily - without meat cravings! I came from a large Italian family that ate its way through life. I can honestly say that I now do not miss meat dishes in the least. Part of the reason is that Miriam's meals taste the same as the meat dishes I enjoyed my entire life.
